Most systems aren’t complex
They’re just badly put together

About

A friend once told me I should probably work at NASA...

I studied computer science and thought I would become an engineer. I didn’t. I just found debugging humans more interesting ;)

I now design products, mostly in complex B2B systems. Started in Shanghai in 2012, now based in London.

Outside of work, I read a lot of cookbooks. An unexpected side effect is that I can usually figure out menus in French, Italian, Spanish, and Japanese. People think I speak the language. I don’t. Outside restaurants, I’m mostly useless.
